Lord Shankar Mantra (Mahadev Mantra)

Lord Shiva known as Shankar & Mahadeva is the most popular Hindu deity. He is also known as the Destroyer or the Transformer according to Hindu methodologies & Puranas.

Shiva Yajur Mantra (Karpur Gauram Karunavtaram) is a beautiful ancient Sanskrit mantra related to Lord Shiva. It is found in Yajurveda, and called as Shiva Stuti.

Lord Shiva is the primary deity among the trinity and to everyone's wellness. “Ohm Namah Shivay” is also a prime mantra of lord Shiva. Chanting this mantra you will get desired success.

Sada Vasantam Hridayaaravinde, Bhavam Bhavani Sahitam Namami ||

कर्पूरगौरं करुणावतारं संसारसारं भुजगेन्द्रहारम् |
सदा वसन्तं हृदयारविन्दे भवं भवानि सहितं नमामि ||

Meaning of Mantra -

Karpur Gauram - The one who is as pure/white as a camphor(karpur).
Karunaavatarm - The personification of compassion.
Sansara Saram - The one who is the essence of the world.
Bhujagendra Haram - The one with the serpent king as his garland.
Sada Vasantam - Always residing.
Hridayaaravinde - In the lotus of the heart.
Bhavam Bhavani - Oh Lord and Goddess (Sati/Parvati - Wife of Shiva).
Sahitam Namami - I bow to you both.

How To Chant – You should sit in front of lord Shiva before chanting this mantra and do attention on Shiva and then start the chanting of mantra. This mantra has to be recited or chant 108 times in a day to get desire success or you can chant at-least 54 or 27 times in a day on prayer time. You will get health, wealth and peaceful life by chanting of this lord Shiva mantra.
